Open air drug sale in front of property where I rent

Open air drug selling, smoking marijuana all in front of my door where I rent at 2060 E. Monmouth Street, resulting from next door neighbor at 2058 and 2059. Everyday I come home from from work there is are numerous young me on my steps and around front door. I have asked politely for them to refrain from sitting on the steps and conducting illegal business in front of dwelling and all requests have been ignored. I have reached out to landlord Mr. Leonard Doyle and have not been provided any assistance. I have also made numerous calls to 911 with no success, reaching out now to this organization for assistance.
