Abandoned House

The address 3124 Tulip st. has been abandoned. The windows are open and are allowing feral cats to live inside and roam the streets. This may also be a breeding ground for pests and could potentially spread fleas and bedbugs to surrounding houses. Action must be taken to prevent infestations and infrastructural damage that may affect surrounding houses as well as prevent the neighborhood children from entering the premises.
